One-time services to clean up and organize your financial and back-office systems before ongoing support begins. Cleanup services are required when books or systems are disorganized prior to onboarding.
Cleanup and correction of disorganized books, reconciliations, vendor and account setup, correction of prior errors, and organization of back-office workflows.
Initial setup of systems, workflows, payroll and bill pay configuration, licensing review, and clean transition into ongoing monthly support.
Tax filing and legal services are not included. Monthly services may require an initial review and cleanup prior to onboarding. We can assist with accountant coordination when needed. Accounting and tax services are provided directly by the accountant.

Our service packages cover back-office support. All software, payroll, bill pay, and payment processing fees are billed directly to the client. Setup and coordination are included.
